RETURN/REFUND POLICY

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 7 days for a refund or replacement.  All products must be returned in original condition including the original packaging and must be accompanied by your receipt.  The tender will be made to the same tender as the purchase.  Items purchased by cheque may be returned for a store credit only.

 

If you do not have a receipt, you may exchange the product or you will be issued a store credit provided that the purchase can be verified. 

 

Refunds are not available on opened software, internal peripheral products or consumable products such as print cartridges.  If the item is defective, the item can be exchanged for the same item.

 

Open-box computers, notebooks, printers, digital cameras and non-stocked special order items are not returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee.

 

Defective merchandise and shortages must be reported within 5 business days of the invoice date.
